A video was sent to a school parent by an anonymous source where it showed Sandridge Elementary School's principal having sex with a teacher.
Leroy Coleman, principal of the school, 20 miles from Chicago, was filmed in his bureau while engaging in sexual pleasures with teacher Janet Lofton. The more-than-two-hour video also shows Sandridge Elementary School principal kissing and rubbing his crotch with a teacher's aide.
After the video was sent in a DVD format to Kim Grivakis, a school parent of two students of the school, she clearly identified the faces of Coleman and Lofton. The three of them resigned, both Coleman and Lofton a day before the teacher's aide.
The attorney, John Izzo, for the school board says the principal cited health reasons. Teacher Lofton said she quit because a family member was ill.
John Izzo says teacher's aide Anjayla Reed resigned after she was contacted about allegations she appears on a separate portion of the tape hugging and touching the principal.
Copies the video, apparently taped in December and January from the date stamps on it, emerged just days before Tuesday's elections. Eight candidates are competing for four board slots.
