Brazilian model and TV host Daniela Ciccarelli, the ex-wife of soccer maximus Ronaldo who plays in the Real Madrid team, struck the Internet traffic and the stock market in Brazil when her voyeur hit into the mainstream. Her sex video is best-knowing for having caused a court to shut down Brazilian Youtube for one day.
On 17 September 2006, a sex video shot by paparazzo Miguel Temprano was broadcast on a Spanish TV channel, showing Daniela Cicarelli on a beach in that country rubbing and provoking arousal to her boyfriend banker Renato Malzoni and later having sex with him in the water. The paparazzo claimed he was just inches away taping the romp at the sea off Cadiz in Spain.
After the voyeur, many giant brands like GM decided to not portray Cicarelli in their Ads.
On September 27, Daniela Cicarelli and her boyfriend were granted an injunction by São Paulo state supreme court against YouTube, Globo.com and IG. However despite YouTube's efforts to withdraw the clip it continued to appear on the site under varying file names, and links to the video on sites other than YouTube turned up all over the Internet, news groups and peer to peer networks.
As there is no idea of what beach the Daniela Cicarelli's Beach Sex Tape was filmed on, it had to be one of the three major beaches at Cadiz: La Cortadura Beach, La Victoria Beach, or La Caleta Beach.
