Soliciting oral sex to a porn star can give you the best of pleasures, but if you are a highway patrol trooper, the pleasure can cost your job. At least James Randy Moss knew about it when he got fired from the Tennessee Highway squad after allegations that he received oral sex from porn actress Barbie Cummings during a traffic stop.
The Trooper was fired Thursday, two weeks after he came under scrutiny for alleged misconduct after he stopped Barbie Cummings for speeding near Lebanon, Tenn.
The porn star actress claimed James Randy Moss, who issued her a citation for driving 92 mph in a 70 mph zone and driving without registration or proof of insurance, stopped her May 7 as she drove home from visiting her aunt.
Barbie Cummings, whose real name is Justis Ellen Richert, writes on her blog: 'Then he asks me, what does it cost for someone like me to get anything like you?' She then describes performing oral sex on the officer outside his patrol car in a secluded area.
She said the trooper took photos and video of the encounter.
As Barbie Cummings explained to the authorities, Trooper Moss found painkillers in her car which he threw out in exchange for receiving oral sex. Cummings describes the sexual encounter in great detail on her website. She claims that she started crying during the traffic stop when Trooper Moss told her that a drug charge would mean that she can't leave the state for a period of time.
Porn star Barbie Cummings said she didn't perform the act because she was trying to get out of a ticket. She claims that she merely wanted to do it in order to have a good story to talk about on her website's blog.
Barbie Cummings said he called her the day after the traffic stop to ask if he could share the tale with his co-workers. She also says the trooper e-mailed her the photos and video, which she promptly posted on her blog.
Cummings said she doesn't regret her actions and the trooper brought the situation on himself:
"He's not necessarily being punished for the act itself, but he did go to the adult Web site on a computer that was assigned to him, and he did do this on duty. He made all these decisions as a grown-up, there was no coercing or nothing."
